Arrival and Dismissal Procedures
Bus Riders:
All buses will drop off and pick up students at the side entrance of the building, located off of Knapp Road, indicated by the yellow line on the map above. Staff members will be on the bus loop to assist students as needed.
Car Riders:
All cars will drop off and pick up at the front of the building, indicated by the red line on the map above. Cars should display their family placard in the front/side window visible to staff members. We ask that all cars remain in a single lane and that students load/unload from the passenger side of the car. Adults should remain in the car. Staff members will be available to help students if needed. Parent/family members are responsible for securing their child into their car seat, if applicable. Please be patient with families who may need an additional moment to secure their child in their car. Please do not move your car around any car that is taking an additional moment to secure their child in the car. Students will enter the building through the main lobby entrance.
Walkers:
Students that are walking in the morning will enter the front entrance along with car riders. At dismissal walkers will exit the Kindergarten doors closest to the crosswalk, as marked by the blue line in the map above. Students who are walkers should not be picked up in their car by their parent/family member on school grounds. Parents/family members who are picking up a student by car on school grounds should use the carline.
