Exciting news! Registration is now fully done online from the convenience of your own home.
- Kindergarten Registration will take place beginning February 1, 2025. Students must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2024 to enter kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year. School policy does not allow exceptions to this cut off date.
- New Student Registration for Grades 1-12 will begin April 1, 2025.
- Re-Registration for Grades K-12 are ongoing. The re-registration process is for existing families returning to North Penn School District after an extended vacation (10 or more school days).
K-12 New Student Registration Information and Required Documents
The online application process takes about 30 minutes to complete and should be done in a single session if possible. Please note: once you enter your first and last name, birth date, email and system code, a 4-digit application number will appear on your screen. It is important to keep this application number in the event you need to go back to the application to make changes. The system will prompt you for this 4-digit application number.
Documents must be saved as a PDF or JPEG file. If for your document does not upload, please try reducing the size of the document and then upload the file again.
There are three documents that must be uploaded to the online application in order for the registration to be processed. If any of the following three documents are not uploaded to the online application, the application will be unsubmitted and the district registrar will contact the parent/guardian and advise the next steps to resubmit the online application for processing.

Proof of Child's Age
(one of the following birth certificate, hospital certificate, baptismal certificate, passport)

Proof of Residency
(one of the following: current utility bill within the previous 60 days - electric, gas, water, sewer, trash; mortgage statement; current real estate tax bill; closing paperwork/agreement of sale; lease agreement)
If neither parents'/guardians' names appear on the Proof of Residency document, or you and your family are living with someone else, at their residence, then a Multiple Occupancy form needs to be completed and uploaded to the application in addition to the three required documents.
Multiple Occupancy for New Registrants
If the parent/guardian who is registering a child for the North Penn School District does not have a Proof of Residency document - a utility bill, mortgage payment/statement, real estate tax bill or signed lease - in their name reflecting the address of the North Penn residence where they are living, the Multiple Occupancy form must be completed, signed and notarized. Along with that completed Multiple Occupancy form, one of the Proof of Residency documents, as listed above, is required that reflects the resident's address noted on the completed Multiple Occupancy form.

Proof of Immunizations
The North Penn School District follows the PA Department of Health immunization requirements. immunizations may be completed by your family physician or by the Montgomery County Health Department. Call 610-278-5145 to schedule an appointment. If you have religious or philosophical objections to any of the immunizations, please write a letter and upload it to the online application. If there are medical reasons your child is not vaccinated, a statement from a licensed physician giving reasons for exclusion must be filed in the student's record.
Additionally, if possible, when registering a student (grades 1-12), please upload the student's most recent report card/transcript to your online application.
Re-Registration
If you are an existing family who is returning to North Penn School District from an extended vacation and would like to re-register your child, please log into your Parent Portal Account in Infinite Campus and go to the Online Registration.
Complete the application with a current proof of residency (electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, mortgage statement, current real estate tax bill, closing paperwork/agreement of sale, lease agreement, etc.), make sure you check the re-registration checkbox, save and submit.

When using the Registration Portals, please access from a computer and not a mobile device. Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge are recommended browsers, Safari is not compatible with the Portal.
